Irresistible Homemade Cookies — Better Than Store-Bought!

✨ Ingredients:
▫️150 g soft butter (use good quality butter)
▫️¾ cup sugar
▫️¼ cup oil
▫️2 eggs
▫️1 packet baking powder (8 g)
▫️A pinch of vanilla
▫️A pinch of salt
▫️About 400 g flour (adjust depending on the type of flour)

▫️Cold chocolate chunks (preferably from the freezer)

 

 ✨ Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar well until the mixture becomes creamy.
2. Add the oil, eggs, vanilla, and salt, and mix until everything is well combined.
3. Gradually add the flour and baking powder, mixing until you get a soft but firm dough.
4. Finally, add the chocolate chunks (it’s best to use frozen pieces so they don’t melt into the dough).
5. Shape the dough into medium-sized balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) until the edges are golden and the center is still soft.

🔸 Tip:
To get cookies that are crispy on the outside and soft inside, don’t overbake them — just wait until the edges are lightly golden.
