Chocolate & Coffee Flan Cake

2. Preparing the flan:

1. In a saucepan, mix milk, flan powder, sugar, cornstarch, and instant coffee.

2. Place over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.

3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly (do not let it cool completely or it will set too much).

 3. Assembling the cake:

1. Once the cake is completely cool, gently remove it from the mold.

2. Pour the warm flan mixture into the same mold where the cake was baked (you can line it with plastic wrap for easier removal later).

3. Place the cake back into the mold upside down, so that the top of the cake is facing the flan.

4. Cover well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, until the flan is completely set.

Carefully flip the cake onto a serving plate so the flan side is on top. You can decorate it with grated chocolate or some fruit.
