✨ Ingredients:

▫️ 4 eggs
▫️ 1 packet vanilla sugar
▫️ A pinch of salt
▫️ 1 cup sugar
▫️ 1 cup oil
▫️ 1 cup milk
▫️ 3 cups flour
▫️ 3 packets baking powder (24g total)
▫️ 2 packets unsweetened cocoa powder
▫️ 1 teaspoon vinegar
🔸 For the flan:
▫️ ½ liter milk
▫️ 1 packet chocolate-flavored flan mix
▫️ 2 tablespoons sugar
▫️ 2 tablespoons cornstarch (Maizena)
▫️ 1 teaspoon instant coffee (optional, but adds a nice flavor)
✨ Preparation:
1. Making the cake:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt until the mixture becomes light and pale.
2. Add the oil and milk, and mix well.
3. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and add the vinegar. Mix until smooth and well combined.
4. Pour the batter into a buttered and floured cake mold.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 35–40 minutes, or until the cake is fully baked.
6. Let the cake cool completely in the mold.
