For the Stromboli:

1 refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough if you prefer)

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (or honey mustard for a milder flavor)

1 ½ cups cooked chicken, shredded or sliced (rotisserie works perfectly)

6 slices deli ham, thinly sliced

1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded (or sliced)

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ teaspoon garlic powder

How to Make Chicken Cordon Bleu Stromboli
Step 1: Preheat and Prepare
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Step 2: Roll Out the Dough
Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface.
Gently stretch or roll it into a rectangle, about 10×14 inches.
Step 3: Add the Layers

Spread Dijon mustard evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Arrange slices of ham evenly over the mustard layer.

Add the chicken evenly on top of the ham.

Sprinkle both Swiss cheese and mozzarella over the top.
Step 4: Roll It Up
Starting from the long side, carefully roll the dough into a tight log, just like a jelly roll.
Pinch the seam and ends closed to seal in all that cheesy goodness.
Step 5: Bake

Place the stromboli seam-side down on your prepared baking sheet.

Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
