 Ingredients for 6 small pancakes

100 g of oat flakes (to be mixed)

2 eggs

1 very ripe banana (to sweeten naturally)

120 ml of milk (vegetable or animal)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1 pinch of salt

1 teaspoon coconut oil (for cooking)

 Necessary utensils

A blender or mixer

A non-stick pan

A spatula

A ladle

A bowl (optional if mixing directly in the blender)

 Preparation instructions

1: Prepare the dough

In a blender, add the oat flakes. Blend until you get a fine flour.

Then add the eggs, chopped banana, milk, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

Blend until you get a smooth, even paste. The texture should be fluid but slightly thick.
